A graduate of Boston University, Dr. Jean Beattie has been in practice as a Physical Therapist for better than 30 years. A graduate with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2009, Dr. Beattie has extensive experience in treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and management of short-term disability and work-related injuries. Dr. Beattie is certified in Astym therapy and Dry Needling Trigger Point Therapy, both effective treatments to maximize mobility, promote healing, and decrease pain. Dr. Beattie's most important commitment is providing the highest quality of care to her patients.

Maureen is a 1981 graduate of Greenville Technical College in Greenville, SC. For over 30 years Maureen has treated patients of all ages and has had continued success with working with patients developing and treating them through plan-of-care goals, allowing patients to work and live with less or without pain. As an athlete and martial arts instructor, Maureen brings a broad depth of experience to the practice. She loves working with student/athletes in rehabilitative and recuperative care. Maureen is Astym certified, a specialty modality provided by SBPT.

Connor has also been closely connected with APTA (American Physical Therapy) since 2018 as a Student Special Interest Group President and a Core Ambassador for the State of Maine through the National Student APTA program.
Connor has been an athlete since early age and has a long history playing soccer and has been a youth soccer coach. He's also an avid runner. He has a passion for working with student and adult athlete.

Marisa has nearly 15 years with SBPT and has great experience with our front office processes. Marisa handles our medical billing, along with new patient referrals, and insurance authorization processes. She has an innate ability to research and collaborate with insurance providers, helping ensure patient coverage and accurate patient records.
